Payments

Currently, Amber Laces accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal.

If a payment has been declined due to unknown reason, we suggest trying another payment method, however, if such is unavailable, please contact us. Please remind that a payment may be declined in case you have entered incorrect payment information or there are not enough funds on the chosen account to make the payment.

When an order is placed on our website, we give you 2 hours log and after that time immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order later than 2 hours it’s submitted.

Estimated shipping times:

Australia: 2-4 weeks

North America: 2-3 weeks

Europe: 1-2 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 2-4 weeks

Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-4 weeks

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Returns are possible for up to 14 days after you’ve received your order. Please see our return policy here.

Simply log into your account and go to “Shopping history” to see your order status.

We will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving your returned order in our office. Postage is non-refundable.

If you received damaged products, please contact us right away and we will rectify as quickly as possible.

Materials

1. Never leave your amber under direct sunlight.
2. Keep your jewelry away from too much hot or cold temperature.
3. Always apply your perfume and hairspray before wearing the jewelry.
4. Never wash dishes or do laundry with your jewelry (rings, bracelets) on.
5. Do not cook or clean your house with household cleansers while wearing an amber product that could get contact with these chemicals.
6. Store your amber in a separate jewelry basket and protect it from getting in touch with other materials.
7. Ultrasonic or steam cleaner isn’t suitable for cleaning amber.
8. Always clean your amber jewelry with a mild solution of soapy and slightly warm water and use a flannel cloth.
9. Polish and make it shiny with olive oil and a soft cloth.

If the item is OOAK, then yes, you will receive exactly the same item as in the picture. Some of our designs can be reproduced. So they will be a copy of the one in the picture. No item will ever look exactly the same as Baltic Amber is a naturally occurring substance. Please allow for natural variations of shape, form, color, saturation, etc. If you require an EXACT photo please contact us.

We accept custom orders. If you see something that you would like a bit different or can’t find what you are looking for – contact us! We will be happy to discuss your ideas and create that special something for you!

Custom order is anything created just for you. It can be a variation of an existing item currently not offered in the shop or completely new design made specifically from your imagination.
These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and cannot be canceled once we start on your order, that includes ordering materials specifically for your purchase.
